Wooden japandi kitchen with dining table and chair.
What do you love most about Japandi Interior Design? Is it the wooden features? Is it the minimalist style? Let me know your favorite elements in a Japandi kitchen in the comments!
Japandi style blends a Japanese minimalism with a Scandinavian coziness. This combination creates the most serene kitchen that’s still very much functional. It’s a combination of sleek lines, warm wood tones and a calming neutral color palette.
The kitchen have a tendency – I believe – to get very cluttered with all of the different kitchen essentials. I hope it’s not just me! Anyway, that’s something that’s not gonna happen in a Japandi kitchen. That’s why I love it so much.
One thing I love to do though is adding wabi sabi decor pieces to your Japandi kitchen in order to make it more interesting. Since wabi sabi decor is still neutral but a little more rustic than the Japandi style, I believe these two complements each other very well. Try it out and let me know your thoughts!
These tips above shows that you don’t need to redo your whole kitchen in order to achieve a Japandi kitchen. There are other ways you can include this style into your kitchen, just don’t be afraid to try them out.
